Latest Development on Article 23
As I indicated in my email of 27 June 2003, the Society will announce
the results of Dr. Eric Li's survey. As at 9:00 am on 7 July, the survey
results were as follows:-

In light of the latest developments, Dr. Li has issued a "Dear
friends" letter that sets out his position. Please click here for
the letter. Please communicate your views to him direct by email, fax
or post.
The Society will continue to work closely with Dr. Li and facilitate
him in further surveys to gauge the sentiments of the membership on this
amendment bill in due course.
